Denim Reinvention

The project we worked on at 2017s Fashion Design Summer School at Arts University Bournemouth was called "Denim Reinvention". We were briefed to create a look based around recycled denim clothing. We also got to develop our own fabric print and incorparated it into our design.

My design was centered around the fluidity of Christian Diors Haute Couture in the 1950s. I was inspired by the floral shapes and the femininity that was highly demanded in this era.
